Ashley is a stand-up comedian on a journey to be both max funny and max frugal. Ashleyjillian.com is mostly just to prove there are comedians (or humorists, if you also love pretending you live in a 1930s issue of the New Yorker) who think making jokes about brunch is incredibly lame.

She peaked at age 19 when she blogged about politics for The Washington Post, now she just writes short stories (1930s New Yorker) and stand-up comedy. She is also an A+ actress and an A+ arm wrestling opponent if you are looking to feel better about yourself.

Comedy is the biggest and most awkward thing to happen to her since puberty, and she’s not afraid to show it.

You have an engaging sense of humor and a satiric, smart assed outlook that appeals to me. I will be back to check our more. Is that a Western Bagel??? You should go to the factory that makes em. its up on Sherman way off the 405. Worth the trip.

  2. Aloha says:

I share your sense of humor, love your blog, and look forward to reading more. (And POKEMON FTW!!)

Another thing– I’m an aspiring journalist (taking high school classes, I’d like to major in it at college and go on to a career in the field). Do you have any tips? It certainly seems you’re experienced, and have a lot of writing under your belt. To be honest, I’m quite jealous 🙂

  3. sjennylove says:

Thanks for popping in Ashley! I love you for the following reasons:
    1) I started dancing at the age of 4 and never stopped
    2) As you figured out from the “liked” post, my bf is an aspiring improv comedian
    3) I am a Jew, so I was pretty much raised on bagels (blueberry being my favorite!)
    4) You have fantastic taste – my other blog has the same Wu Wei theme 🙂

Looking forward to following your adventures!!

  4. reverieremy says:

Hello there! Your bio reminds me of the resume (let’s pretend the accents were inserted correctly) I just finished writing. It’s nice to that there are so many charming people on this site, you’re another inspiration!

  5. yosaso says:

Yes, if you can grow a beard, you are almost guaranteed membership into the hipster club. Unfortunately, my asian genetics prohibits me from fully growing a beard. It is a pale reflection of one. So… no entrance.

  6. lauren says:

Well hey there! Looks like you’ve been busy on the blogosphere. Thanks for checking out my blog. I checked yours out as well and I like your style, my friend.

  7. q says:

Ashley Jillian…you are wildly awesome, and it’s great to connect through the blogosphere…shout out to the West Coast from East Coast Art Snobbery. Q

  8. ashleyjillian says:

eh, two of the languages are basically the same. I have no idea why people thank me for “liking” their posts. I think it’s to remind me that we apparently have some Internet connection to each other, which I don’t think is entirely necessary. It could also be a “you like me, so I have to admit I kindasorta like you.”

  9. ashleyjillian says:

Girl, thanks for checking out my blog and introducing yourself! I do love it when people do that and I am going to go ahead and claim “inside joke” on my response above. Thanks for stopping by!

  10. mylittleflowershop says:

    Hi Ashley,
We aren’t sure how you tripped over our blog, but you are super funny, and we invite you to a) keep reading, b) stop by the shop if you are ever in Palm Springs c) definitely give us a call in 10-15 years when you meet a smart guy (unafraid to purchase major jewellery) who snaps you up because it’s dawned on him that someone who makes you laugh is key in a marriage.
    All the best to you,
    MLFS

  11. JT says:

Hmmm you liked my blog? You have far too much intelligence for that crap, your probably a Canadian Mountie secretly working undercover to expose my bagel factory!

  12. paulheeleymusic says:

Thanks for the like on my post.
Have to say that I was in two minds over , so I’m grateful for the reassurance!
Seems a great little corner of the interwebs you got here and I may just have to pop by every so often.
    All the best,
    P

    Top o’ the morning/noon/night Ashley,

Great blog, and may I say, great bio.
What in the world are you eating in your gravatar pic? It has sent me into a fit of third-world hunger pains.

    Keep up the good work.

    Uncle Loo

  14. Armando says:

I hate to be like everyone else and thank you for “liking my post” on here. But hey, WordPress suggests writing comments in order to hopefully make friends. At this point for me Internet Friends = Real Friends, and I can use all the ones I can get. You’ll be receiving a gift basket with banana nut bread, a smores kit, and a best friends forever bracelet (the heart kind that splits in two). Seriously though, before this gets creepy, thanks for the like on my post. I checked out your blog and I’m convinced I should follow. So there you go… bestie.

  15. tricia linden says:

You know what I like about your blog? It’s like reality, it not at all like I imagined it would be. So does that make you unreal or really real? I do tend to get confused.
    Enjoy always, T

  16. Nancy Hayden Crowley says:

Thanks for “liking” my blog. I went to Cal Berkeley too, a long time ago. At my age, I’m just happy to be breathing and writing. You’ll understand someday I hope. BTW, you are a very funny writer. Keep it up!

  17. ldsrr91 says:

    Man, I am impressed.

Such a woman of knowledge, learning and somewhat traveled. The last time such a person showed up on my webpage, I heard all about it for a long time afterwords (mostly about my comma’s and my apostrophes being in the wrong place, she was an English professor). I found your bio very interesting, bagels and all.

Seriously, looks like you have it all together girl, thank you for stoppin by my watering hole to see what was going on.

    DS

  18. scottcarberry says:

Thanks for liking my bloggy thingy! I’ve been trying to subscribe to your blog but, being a knuckledragger from way back, I can’t find the “subscribe” button. Kudos for the Divine photo in that last blog. I haven’t visited his grave in a while, I’m due.

  19. hakawati says:

Hi there! 😀 just when I thought no one will read it, but somebody actually did not only passing by but actually hit the ‘like’. Big thanks all the way from Dubai 😉

  20. Mo says:

Oh crap. I didn’t realize that tagging one of my posts with “humor” was going to make someone who is actually funny read my blog. Thanks for the “like.”

(Minus 2 points for the Berkeley thing though – I was a Stanford tree.)

  21. pnwauthor says:

    Hi Ashley,

Thanks for clicking on the like button on my un-press-able blog. Perhaps the cranky pants journalist and the Parisian lovelorn did the trick. They’re white and middle class, a bit nostalgic and have more money than I do. Plus I’m not white or middle class.

Anyway you have unusual taste and I like that in a blogger-person.

    Pacific NW “Desperate” Author

  22. Huffygirl says:

Hey Ashley, thanks for stopping by my blog and clicking ‘like’ on my recent post about airline travel.

Looks like you have an interesting blog and lots of followers too. Interesting take on humor and Freshly Pressed too.

  23. Guls says:

    Hi Ashley,
you expressed the slightest interest in me so I’m going to ‘follow’ you for a bit. In the real world that’d be stalking and I’d be considered a nutter. Luckily this is the blogosphere (horrid word, that!) and it seems to be acceptable etiquette. It’s the wee small hours over here in the UK so I’ll come back and check out more of your stuff in the morning.

Howdy and thanks for the ‘like’

    Andy 😉

  24. patricemj says:

Alright, you are the 2nd person in a week to push the “like” button on one of my posts. As I have been blogging for about 8 months, and these are the only two likes I’ve ever received, I am now wondering what I’m suddenly doing wrong. It’s like the stars have fallen into alignment or something. Thanks a lot for freakin me out by liking my blog post. Seriously though, you are one funny and seriously smart young lady(woman). All the best.

  25. gerknoop says:

Thanks for the “Like”…..Although I can’t imagine why….I apparently break all the rules!!! (see? 3 exclamation marks) AND I USE CAPS!!! Also pretty sure my grammar sucks! LOL and I talk about boring stuff a lot. Loved your take on the Fresh Pressed though… You are funny and obviously quite overlooked….glad I understand the whole FB thing now….ha

  26. Cowboy says:

    Howdy Ashley –

Thanks for stopping by my blog ! I had to ride on over this way and have a look at yours, which of course is impressive. A blog that kind of stands out 🙂

    Take care –

  27. spider42 says:

Have to say, you almost had me buying your intellect till I remembered that you clicked ‘like’ on my post – definitely puts your sanity into question. 😀
Thanks for dropping in over at my blog, thought I might do the same. Will drop back again as often as I can, feel free to do the same.

  28. Ron Cox says:

Since I’m relatively new to the blogging world (I know there’s a technical name for it but who cares), I will try to learn from you (where I live, we call it picking your brain), since I’ve noticed through my kids (grown), and grandkids (9 and under), that you younger folks have a grasp on this stuff, that I haven’t latched on to yet (ask about building a deck, or fixing your tub drain, and I’m your guy). I will be following, but not in a creepy way, and thanks for liking my post!

  29. jdchap says:

Another sassy person on the internet, I never thought I’d find one! Clearly, we must be soulmates.

Thanks for stopping by and thanks for the “like”.

  30. societyred says:

    Hi Ashley,
Thanks for checking out my blog and the “like” on my convertible story. Your work looks amazing. I will enjoy checking it out further and following your exploits.
    John

  31. Lisa says:

Love your posts, Ms Ashley Jillian. Thanks for popping by my site. Esp liked your blogging advice post. We are kindred spirits–I don’t edit before posting either. Well, a little, but not like I should. I usually just look at it from my iPhone and catch a typo and then edit and update. And then I find another and do the same thing. This goes on for a few hours until I end up with a heavy sigh and wishing I just slept on it and did a final edit before posting the darned thing. Editing sounds so noble and doubt I’ll ever really do it. The word-snob side of me rolls my eye at the lazy-ass side of me.

  32. Lloyd Lofthouse says:

“Ashley hopes to continue her passion of writing by using this website as a way to engage with (read:dominate) the Internet.”

If you have never visited Royal Pingdom.com, you may want to drop by to see the competition.

    http://royal.pingdom.com/2011/01/12/internet-2010-in-numbers/

    Royal Pingdom says there are:

255 million – The number of websites as of December 2010 (there’s probably 280 million as of December 2011)
    21.4 million – Added websites in 2010
1.97 billion – Internet users worldwide (June 2010)
152 million – The number of blogs on the Internet (as tracked by BlogPulse)
2 billion – The number of videos watched per day on YouTube

If you make it into the top one percent (1%), you stand a good chance to end up on the first page of a Google search for the topics you are writing about…

By adding Websites + Blogs, that means an Alexa rank of about 4,00,000 or less lands in the top 1%.

    http://www.alexa.com/

May the force by with you in your goal to dominate the internet. :o)

Thanks for dropping by “iLookChina.net”. To reach the Alexa rank “iLook” has today, took more than a thousand posts and about a half million words. If I miss one day, the Blog losses rank and sinks like a leaky row boat full of holes. The Internet is a marathon race with more than four hundred million runners.

  33. tygerpen says:

Ashley, thanks for letting me know you like my humor blog, http://www.tygerpen.wordpress.com.

I like all your suggestions for
a successful blog. I’m sure I broke most of the rules when I began.

You have an impressive background. I don’t know when you have time
to eat. At least keep around a supply of dark chocolate.
(That’s another blog suggestion–not mentioned in your list. The topic of chocolate, like sex, draws readers.) Unless it’s about your kids eating your chocolate. Then it belongs on a crimes committed blog.

    Best,

    Tygerpen

  34. Ron Kline says:

Ashley, Thanks for looking at my blog. You are the sort of person that I want to be when I grow up. Ummm, well, maybe not exactly because (1) I am a male, and (2) I am 70.

    I’ll be reading your blog.

    Thanks,
    Ron

Reolution # 8. Read Ashley’s blog, it will brighten your day

I’ll be following you. Happy 2012! Your new blog buddy Carey Kennon @

  36. The 1st Draft says:

I was so very glad when AP changed it to website as well! I was working on a headline with it once a few years ago and cheated a bit by making web and site two different colors so I could scoot them closer together!

  37. lscotthoughts says:

    Hi Ashley,

Wow, your accomplishments are very impressive and I wish you all the best in your writing and entertainment endeavors! Thanks, also, for your visit to my blog. I look forward to reading more of yours in the new year!
    Lauren

  38. thisthatandtheotherthang says:

Hey lady! Thanks for stopping by. I just started reading you blog and I have to say, it rocks! You are such a great writer and are so inspirational, especially to a fellow burgoning writer such as myself. Keep doing your thang, girl! xoxo

  39. zen4lar says:

I’m enjoying yours as well. I’m currently working on a TV pilot that involves a ballerina, I may need to consult with you in the near future, if your are available. Cheers. Larry.

  40. tedwebb1 says:

Ashley, you hold the current title of “Ted’s Favorite California Girl.” Handle it with care; it might be as fragile as I am.
(That’s a bit of senior citizen humor — only the fragile part.)

  41. Rich Allan says:

Can’t dance…do consume the occasional bagel…also spent seven years at college, picked up a couple pieces of paper, and burnt a few brain cells. Now I abode in L.A., write, do some acting, and play in a 60s rock band. Life is good. Glad you enjoyed my blog. Look forward to reading yours…

  42. suzanneurban says:

I like bagels too and have a fat butt to show for it. Good luck with the internet domination thing, you will succeed. Someday I will get to say – SHE liked MY blog, I sort of know her in a comment section kind-of-way! Why I’m almost famous!

  43. mycogds says:

You leave this most important for last… A bagel lover. I am a non discriminate lover of bread. Nice Blog Ms. Jillian. Thanks for taking the time to read mine.

  44. lissnup says:

You’ll get a notification from WordPress to say I’m following your blog website. Just to clarify, I only clicked “Follow” because I can’t find the button tagged “vicariously revisit your 20s“.

  45. Linda Willows says:

I loved reading your blog. And you Dance!!!, how wonderful. That is the best. Still in your Flying Years, too. Oh to think of all with you and before you, my heart joins in support and love,
    Linda

  46. shitmove says:

Thanks for reading, Ashley. We took a vote among our 101-jugde panel and it’s official: Shitmove.com staff like your blog (by a vote of 100-1 with one judge who couldn’t bring herself to like it because of some emotional hangup regarding bagels). As if you didn’t already know, this makes you a member of the Card Carrying Cool Club.

  47. Bailey Mikell says:

Your bio is impressive and inspiring. I feel like you have accomplished many of the things I am pursuing. By the way, I am taking my first advanced journalism class at USU – AP style may be the death of me as well as the best thing that ever happened to me. I can’t wait to read more of what you have to say. xoxo

  48. AlphaEN says:

You’ve got an impressive background, from Berkley to blogging – nice 🙂 Good luck with improv and hope you have tons of free time to write and blog some more.

  49. tygerpen says:

    Hi Ashley,

Thanks for another “Like” on my Tygerpen humor blog! I am so impressed by your background that I’ve considered borrowing it or parts of it the next time I apply for a job. Looks a lot better than mine. You sound like a Renaissance woman! (Lucretia Borgia?)
    Best to you,

    Tygerpen

  50. stephanie fitzpatrick says:

Hi! Thanks for putting a smile on my face. Here goes: Your blog is very funny and I give you mass amounts of kudos for doing improve. Blogging is my improve as of now since I can’t make it out to da clubs. They open way after my bedtime. It’s better that way so I don’t have to actually hear boo, hiss. I like to dance and so does my husband and daughters. The younger one is a bouncy seat dancer since she is six months old. My husband went to Cal too. I am a bear in the morning. Let’s see… I love bagels and blueberry is awesome… have you tried the blue berry cream cheese? I haven’t met a bagel or different types of cream cheese I didn’t like. So that’s about it. Story of my life =)

  51. Bryn says:

Thanks for the “like” Ashley! Your blog has kept me amused in the windowless office I must occupy for the next few days. It’s certainly appreciated and has kept me from banging my head against the desk endlessly!

You said you write short stories too? Where are those?

  52. bigron42 says:

Ashley, I was looking through your blog stie and saw the clown photo. Very unique. You have a good eye for photography. I like your writing as well. Keep it up, and good luck with your blogging. Bloggers rule!

  53. maryct70 says:

Thanks for stopping by my blog! you have some very funny posts here, and some dead-on observations about life in general. Keep writing!

  54. thegolar says:

You look like the kind of girl who everyone wants in their friendship group, always happy and full of energy!

I like your tip on reading in an underground car park. I’ll have to try that one out sometime. No idea how you discovered that was your favourite thing, but worth a try methinks!

  55. Mac says:

You have 161 comments here, and they aren’t all form your mom telling you that she saw someone you know in someplace in your hometown who read your blog and had an opinion on it. Nor are they all from your mom catching you up on all the furniture store gossip (is furniture store gossip a thing? See what I did there?) where she works.

Your life, being not the things mentioned above, seems intriguing.

No idea how you came across my Crazy Bible blog, but I’m glad…because that story about the guy caressing the elevator which moments later spat out a Chinese dignitary propelling you into a real life game of Mario (who actually is Italian…I’m not a nitpicker, stop yelling at me) was fantastic. Truly fantastic.

From one former iO (Chicago) student/performer (dance monkey dance!) thank you for stopping by the blog, because it led me here.

I hope today turns out to be the best day of your life. And if not, try again tomorrow. And if not, go have some ice cream.

  56. wintri says:

I enjoy your sense of humor. I think you have a fun blog here. I paticularly liked your story about getting bad coffee at Starbucks, Rosa Park’s chins, and the spammer who wanted to write posts for your blog. Keep up the good work. I also like that you work at an Improv. I know sometimes that doesn’t pay well, but it is still better then a regular job. You look kinda cute and should put up more pictures of yourself.

I also commend you on your noble cause of dominating the internet and I wish you the best of luck in that endeavor.

    Richard Winters

  57. Eric says:

What an interesting biography, now I feel small and useless… (haha). Now I’m a writer too, and I’m new to this blogging thing, so thanks, I’ve read some of your things and I like it, i.e., they are awesome. Greetings from Mexico!

  58. Raul Constantinos says:

Holy batman, you have posts that actually make sense and entertain. This blooging thing is HARD! Keep it up, though. Don’t let my jealousy be an incentive to stop and give me all your talent. (I’d be ok with that)

  59. stephenedwards425 says:

    Hi Ashley,

I too believe in world domination…maybe we shoud start a Bloggers World Domination Society?

I read your bio, so it doesn’t look like this world domination thing is going to take too long.

    Thanks again and be encouraged!

  60. vighneshacharya says:

Hi Ashley. interesting and very strong BIO. impressed !!! good luck with your future plans, you seem to understand exactly what you are doing. doesn’t take long to succeed once you have that talent 🙂 🙂

  62. tenaciousbitch says:

AWESOME photo on your bio page! Where do you do standup/improv? I frequently go to L.A. for seminars and such…would love to catch your act sometime! 🙂 I’m trying to work things out here/budget my cash, etc., for a trip this summer sometime.

    Have a wonderful weekend!

Thank you for dtopping by. I love your bio. You have accomplished so much! Love improv! Everyone in this house does, hubby and oldest daughter are geniuses. Cheers!

  64. iozeo says:

Thanks for the support, I’m fairly new to the blogging world. Checked out your blog and it’s amazing. Anyways, see you around fellow blogger.

  65. themidlifesecondwife says:

    Hi Ashley,

Very glad to have discovered your blog. Aside from the mathematics and ballet (I’m a hopelessly uncoordinated and numerically-challenged non-athlete), we have similar interests. I went to Oberlin, which is kind of like a smaller, Eastern Berkeley. I also did considerable environmental PR for Oberlin College back in the day. I’m a bit older than you.

All this goes by way of saying that I’m happy to e-meet you, and look forward to getting to know your blog.

    Cheers,
    Marci

  66. becca3416 says:

Look forward to reading your posts. I can see that I’ll relate to them! I may just be challenged, but it took me a minute to find your “follow” button. You should move it to the top of your page to make it easier for people to see and click. Just a suggestion 🙂

  67. Annie Maier says:

Love the grumpy old men post! Hysterical. You’re writing is fast and smooth, a great combination. I love that you like math and writing–that’s an unusual skill!

  68. aGreycat says:

    You’re a great writer.
You probably have this “Award” already. I scanned down about a hundred comments then said screw it. It’s the Liebster Blog Award. It’s less about the award and more about me telling you I enjoy your blog.
You can read about it on my blog if you want.

    Sam

  69. leander42 says:

Now I’ve seen your site and I think it’s pretty damned good. So I’ll be back to read more…when I’m sober:-)

  70. thinspaces says:

Instead of getting ready to go work out, I have been sitting here drinking coffee and reading some of your posts. Avoidance is my middle name, but you are a treat to read.

  71. scopophilia says:

Hi Ashley, I have read some of your recent posts (I liked the ‘who let the doves out’ one) and I think you should get into either screenwriting, or write for TV sitcoms. Have you ever considered that? You should send some stuff out to ‘Saturday Night Live’ or ‘Mad TV’ and see what happens. I envision you as becoming like the next Tina Fey.

  72. The Wicked Woman says:

Hi Jillian! I had to giggle at the photo because it reminds me of Rachel Zoe. Granted, a non-anorexic, brown-haired Rachel Zoe, but RZ nonetheless.

Oh, I ADORE bagels! My fridge doesn’t seem full until there are at least three packages of them. One goes in the regular fridge while two others hang out in the freezer waiting until their deliciousness is demanded.

    1. The Wicked Woman says:

Eek! I found a HUGE error. I called you Jillian when it should have been Ashley. I am so terribly sorry for the error. May I implore you to change the faux pas during moderation? Again, I am very, very sorry.

      Suitably shamed,
      TWW

  73. EllaDee says:

Hi! I nominated you for the ABC (Awesome Blog Content) Award. I was moved to do so because I am delighted whenever I see an email from you in my in-box. You can read about the award at http://elladeewords.wordpress.com/2012/05/03/a-community-garden-and-abc-awards/ .

  75. merlinspielen says:

Best part is I get to follow the “like” back here and read things that made me laugh until I peed myself. Now I pardon me while I go clean-up and run out for some Depends so I can keep reading…

  76. angstycrayon says:

I always wanted to do comedy. I tried writing sitcoms and sketch shows but never had any luck with them. I lacked the talent and the perseverance to see them through. I do write poetry though. And I would love to do comic verse or parody lyrics like Weird Al. Anyhow, good luck with all your endeavours.

  77. annwriter says:

Hi there! Read your latest post and it made me laugh! I appreciate comedy, but I only ever have sparks of humor. And it’s the kind where no one really seems to get what I find so funny. (and oh the looks I get for that!)

I too hope to rule my own corner of the Internet. I imagine there will be lost of sweets in that corner, and many a good book. Keep up the funny, I’ll be sure to swing by again for a laugh. 😀

  78. jimmyandcha says:

I like your sense of humor. I also like it that you are into ballet and blueberry bagels. I danced and taught ballet until I was 40. I’m 52 going on 53 now. Pirouettes make me dizzy these days. I always loved writing and blogging has helped a lot to fulfill this craving. Keep writing…

  79. Subhan Zein says:

    Hi Ashley,

It’s great to find another aspiring writer here in the blogosphere! 🙂

I had a joyful ride in your blog and now I’d like to inivite you to visit mine.. 🙂

  80. moriwriter says:

I like your humorous writing about humour, and writing. Thank you for introducing me to your blog. It looks like a fun read is ahead for me. I hope I can provide you with similar entertainment.

  81. Regular Joe says:

I enjoy apocalyptic literature but like to find the humor sometimes in real world events. I read quite a bit on your site. Interesting background and direction. Sounds a little eclectic like my own life.

  82. hugmamma says:

I’m impressed with your having started a ballet company. Why you ask? Because my daughter’s with a professional company. She’s danced with a couple of them in the last 10 years. Your accomplishment is not so teeny. Congrats! 🙂

From a total newbie of a writer, you’re blog is awesome 🙂 Like a Denzel Washington movie, or a White Chocolate Mocca. I’m a follower for life.

This page is delightful! And I like the idea of “humorists” over “comdedians,” any day (as well as living in the 1930s New Yorker! hee hee hee).

    You go! 🙂

I LOVE your blog layout. Haven’t read anything yet, but I’m expecting a sense of fun and wonder. I adore how the balloons are set in the background to make it look like they’re floating upward. Most fun web design I think I’ve ever seen.

Hey, thanks for popping by 🙂 love this btw. Brave gal you are. God good stand up is hard to get right and I have so much respect for that life on and off the stage. The hardest paths are the most risky and rewarding eh?

Ha! I love your sense of humor! Thanks for stopping by my blog (my gravatar is attached to my other blog, the one you visited was artofavoidance (dot) wordpress (dot) com)! BTW, a few months ago I decided I wanted to do improv since it is one of my favorite things to watch. We’ll see how it goes… 🙂

      1. Renchick says:

I would love to report it back! I already met someone from a local improv group that will help me! It will probably need to wait until after this semester…but soon! 🙂 Thanks for the follow!

Ashley, I love your alternate universe choice of a New Yorker issue from the 1930s. Still the epic depression era with all its tragedy, but after the repeal of Prohibition which eased the pain with oblivion. A target rich comedy environment if ever there was one. I’m a Bible teacher which is a lot like standup without the alcohol/beverage service. It’s also a target rich environment for comedy.

Ashley, I know you know we go way back, from pop by to following… (peep my talk up style lol) But I would love to have you apart of a micro project I am putting together. I already love your blog, (I actually envy your layout, it’s so rad for your content layout) even though I know the layout and can apply it myself, you are the queen of this layout. Any who, it’s pretty much a collab type duet poetry/comedy piece I wanted to write with you. I think it would be cool and also build our networking relationship. 🙂 Let me know if you may be interested. Also best of luck and awesomeness in 2014. You ROCK.:)

Apparently I have had a male puberty, then a trans puberty, then a menopause in mood only, and now I am just balding. Well I would email you about all this stuff and how you could help me, I think I may need some sort of hormonal calm. If I were doing the New Yorker, I guess I would try to pull of some sort of Norman Rockwell drawing. Cheers!
