What is it with cats and the shower?…ours tears into the shower just as soon as we shut the water off…you are left trying to dry off and dodge the crazed water seeking kitty all at the same time…we keep water out for her on both floors of our home, but still…
what is it with kitties in bathtubs? Have a Persian that only jumps on once a day to sit…immediately after I’ve taken a shower and it’s utterly wet -grin-.
Hot roomie btw 😉
Cat: “Feed me or I’ll turn on the water and look like a suicidal rat and all these people will hate you. Feed me now…and bring some catnip mousies, too.”
(You’d better listen. Cute cats can be such tyrants.)
Very cute kitty and the look on her face reminded me ~ every night after dinner, when everyone was quiet and settled down, and for whatever reason kitties do these things, kitty would take a running, flying leap through the closed shower curtain, into the tub, scramble up the sides, then immediately hop out and coolly walk by, as though this event never happened. Finally, the devil on my shower won out – I ran a few inches of cold water in tub, closed the curtain, then waited on couch. It didn’t take long and it was worth it – but kitty still won. After only one very loud squeal, kitty came into the living room, hopped up next to me, and only a little wet around the edges, began her ablutions ~ as if it never happened.

Mu mom puts the little cat balls with rattle inside in the tub for our cat to play with since he likes the tub so much. He has a ball in there, er, so to speak….
Awwww! What a cutie!
Adorable! I love the furry friends and I’m sure you do to!
Must resist it’s cuteness…FAIL! What a sweet little kitten!
If you keep your softest roommates in the tub, where do you keep your hardest roommates, in the storm drain? ;~}
hahaha! Sorry Ashley, but the same thing crossed my mind! You do have a very cute roomy though!
Stinkin’ cute!!
That’s great. We have a cat that runs into the shower after we’ve finished.

My son would oh-so-love to have this cat. Looks like a Ragdoll.

Getting ready for bath or sleep?

Why is pretty boy in the tub? Has he been BAD?
I can’t understand how animals so averse to water as a general rule tend to gravitate to empty tubs….cats are weird. That’s why we loves thems!

What a cute cat. My dog loves being in the bath tub too (especially when there is a thunder storm).

Our cat Zoltan could often be found at the bottom of the tub, too. Especially nowadays, as New York City swelters in record-breaking heat. Nice pic!
