I think Peter O’Toole is one of the finest actors who has ever entered the profession. His role in Laurence of Arabia, in my mind, is unsurpassed by any role ever played by any actor. Simply magic.

O’Toole has long been an idol for me..and I actually like him best in some of the off films he made in the 80’s The Stunt Man, My Favorite Year to name but two….

    they aren’t classics, like LofA or Lord Jim…but i liked their quirky off-beat nature.

Creator . . . .probably the first of his movies I truly liked. Great writing, great acting, and all around fun while touching on some important issues.
