So I decided to give learning how to do this (skip to 2:18). I already got the tap skills, so why not introduce falling a bunch into it?

Unrelated, on the search for rainbow sparkly roller skates in the greater Los Angeles area …

Those darn clamp on metal skates sure can do a number on ankles. You can fall just as easy with rollerblades/shoe skates. Just as dramatic falls without the bloody ankle distracting attention from the protruding bone fragments?

Yeah, OK. You might get as far as the road crossing, but thereafter (if you make it) I’d say you were sure to get arrested. A bit hard on the skates, too. Not much durability in those sparkly ones….
